Internal Manager sells and installs a self-hosted CRM system for printing, signage, creative, and marketing businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how buyer and setup information is handled.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company name, domain/hosting details, payment reference, and notes required to process the order and arrange setup.

Hosting and domain access

After purchase, you may provide hosting/domain access so our team can install the system. Access information is used only for setup, installation, troubleshooting, and support. You should change hosting passwords after setup is complete.

Payment information

Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment provider or other approved payment methods. We do not store full card details inside this system. Payment status, order ID, customer email, and checkout references may be stored for order tracking.

CRM files and setup information

After purchase, you may receive files and setup instructions. The system is installed on your own hosting/domain. Your business data after installation is primarily stored on your own hosting/database.

Support period

The purchase includes 15 days support after delivery. Support communication may include email, WhatsApp, order records, hosting details, setup status, and technical notes.

Data sharing

We may share necessary information with payment processors, hosting providers, or technical team members only as required to deliver the purchased setup and support.
