1. Product

Internal Manager is sold as a one-time complete CRM setup package for printing, signage, creative, and marketing businesses. The current public price is $1,200 USD.

2. No license or renewal system

This purchase does not include an annual license renewal system. The package is sold as a one-time setup purchase. Any future custom changes, extra support, migration, redesign, or new features may be charged separately.

3. Hosting and domain requirement

Hosting and domain are not included in the $1,200 purchase. After ordering, the client must buy or provide their own hosting and domain before installation can be completed. Hostinger hosting plans are recommended. You may use this link: Hostinger discount link.

4. Setup and installation

The setup and installation fee is included in the purchase. After payment, please wait for our team to contact you. The team will request required hosting/domain details and then install/configure the system.

5. Files and instructions

The client will receive the product files and setup instructions after purchase/payment confirmation. Before following setup instructions, note that setup fee is already included in your purchase; please wait until our team contacts you for guided installation unless we specifically instruct otherwise.

6. Support

The purchase includes 15 days support after delivery. Support covers setup-related guidance, installation issues, and basic startup assistance. Custom development, major redesign, server migration, third-party errors, or long-term maintenance are not included unless separately agreed.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Maximum eligible refund is 50% within 5 days after delivery if the product is not used. The remaining 50% is non-refundable setup and installation charges.

8. Client responsibility

The client is responsible for buying and maintaining hosting/domain, providing correct access, keeping backups, securing admin passwords, and ensuring their use of the CRM complies with their local laws and business requirements.
